Specialist contractual advice and support since 2009

We pride ourselves on being able to provide specialist contractual advice and support with the negotiation and agreement and/or production of construction contract and related documentation with a straightforward, no nonsense commercial approach.

We were formed in 2009 by our husband and wife team, Kevin and Julie Roberts. Between 1996 and 2004 Kevin was a construction solicitor. Although he remains a solicitor (non-practising), he does not provide any of the Services in his capacity as a solicitor. All of the Services are routinely provided by non-solicitors, such as consultant quantity surveyors.

Between 1995 and 2008 Julie practised as a criminal defence solicitor. She does not provide any of the Services but is fully employed by us to manage the financial, accounting, administrative and marketing affairs of our business.
